Primus Yong pleaded guilty to having the stolen motorcycle, which belonged to Md Mahadhir Yap, at 5am on Aug 16 at Jalan Pulutan in Menggatal.
Inspector Albert Basiri, prosecuting, told the court that the complainant lodged a police report that his motorcycle was stolen on July 30.
